On Sunday, 8. November, in 23 hours and 58 minutes seismographs of Croatia Seismologic Service recorded a slight earthquake with the epicenter on Sljeme, 11 kilometers north of the center of Zagreb.
The magnitude of the earthquake was 1,4 towards Richter, and the intensity in the epicenter of the three-degree Mercalli-Cancani-Sieberg (MCS) scale, said the seismologist Krešimir Kuk.
There was a quake in the area north of Zagreb up, and in Markuševac and its surroundings. The earthquake could not have caused material damage.
