The 8th International Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment, Food, Drinks and Gastronomic Innovations will be held from 17-21 February 2016 at the Zagreb Fair grounds.
Along with the most significant Croatian companies from the HoReCa sector numerous exhibitors from abroad will be present. Majority of exhibitors have prepared presentations of their displayed equipment.
From the most important world brands featuring the latest technologies, trends and products at the Fair we wish to single out: Bake Off Italiana, Baron Professional, Electrolux, Miele, Wener&Pfleiderer, Winterhalter, Convoterm, Feuma Gastromaschinen, Hepp, Končar, La Sommeliere, Climadiff, Paradise coctels, Rona, Marican, SBM Maschinen, Schneider, Sigma, Villeroy&Bosch etc.
The exhibition segment of the Fair will be accompanied by a rich professional programme.
Numerous attractions and events will take place during the run of the Fair:
- CROTOP 10 – traditional national competition of 10 best Croatian chefs
- Croatian eno-gastronomic and tourism highlights: educational presentations and workshops and delicious tasting for visitors
- Presentation of know-how and skills acquired by students, future chefs and pastry cooks from the Hospitality and Tourism College of Zagreb
- At the exhibition spaces dishes from all Croatian regions will be prepared and offered for tasting every day (autochthonous products, organic food, wine, brandy, pastry, prosciutto, cheese, honey, fruit, coffee and other delicacies).
Hotel&Gastroteh is a unique opportunity for the promotion of producers and traders of the hotel and catering equipment, food and drinks as well as distributors and other subjects from the HoReCa sector.
In parallel with Hotel&Gastroteh the Zagreb Fair also organizes the Zagreb Boat Show thus providing a platform for connecting all exhibitors dedicated to the promotion of the Croatian tourist supply through related topics.
