President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, Jasna Omejec, said on Monday that in the 'case of frank' all permissible boundaries of the conflicting parties, ie associations and their members, the Minister of Finance, banks and other interested parties were passed.
Omejec commented inaccurate and untruthful all the information on the Constitutional Court published on Monday, 12. in October, in Jutarnji list number 6169 on page number six, in interview with journalist Marina Klepe with Mr. Denis Smajom, coordinator of the association Franak, entitled: "Lalovac told me that banks, some from the HDZ and the Constitutional Court had agreed that they would not be conversion ".
He smiled in an interview for Jutarnji List that he would be extremely pleased if the laws that settled the Frank's case were spent. "But the Constitutional Court is likely to demolish or suspend the law one day or two after the election. Allegedly, everything is already agreed and set up so that conversion is unlikely to be anything, "says Smajo in Jutarnji, where he also announced his irrevocable resignation at the Franak Association, one of the founders. "I'm extremely disappointed, I realized that we are a party in a big game where a little man can hardly beat," Smajo said, among other things.
"It is inaccurate and untruthful all the information on the Constitutional Court published in that interview. The team and similar manipulations in the public space have allowed all limits of conduct of the conflicting parties, ie associations and their members, the Minister of Finance, banks and other interested parties in the Swiss franc case, "said Omejec.
On behalf of the Constitutional Court, they warned them not to abuse the constitutional position of the Constitutional Court in mutual disputes.
"Do not instrumentalize the Constitutional Court and constitutional judges for their own prospects. Stop calling on the Constitutional Court as a means of pressure for the realization of your own interests, "said Omejec. (Hina)
