Dubrovnik-Neretva police officers captured the 32-year-old who smuggled more than five kilograms of marijuana worth about three hundred thousand dollars in a spare car wheel from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Croatia.
The Croatian citizen was accused of having entered the border crossing control at the International Border Crossing Klek by a personal car of the Montenegrin sign, the Dubrovnik-Neretva police reported on his website.
Police officers suspected that they were smuggling drugs, so they searched the vehicle in detail on the basis of a court order and confirmed their doubts because they found 13 packs with 5,26 kilograms of marijuana in the spare wheel, which in street resale reached a value of about 300 thousand.
