Five people were arrested in police searches Monday morning in Brussels and Liege, along with 16 arrested on Sunday night as part of a major anti-terrorist operation, the Belgian prosecution said.

Five searches were conducted in Brussels, and two in Liege, about a hundred kilometers east of Brussels.
The prosecution adds that a sum of 26 thousand euros was confiscated in a search on Sunday night and that other confiscated items are currently being screened.
Belgian Interior Minister Jan Jambon said on Monday morning that he was arrested again that the job was not over yet, after being arrested on Sunday night by 16.
"The operation is not over yet, it must be continued. We are progressing and continuing. I do not want to talk about other details regarding the investigation or where we are looking for Salah Abdeselam, "Jambon told Belgian television.
Police on Sunday launched a wide counterterrorism action on several locations in Brussels, in the city center, in the Molenbeek, Anderlecht, Jette, Schaerbeek, Forest, Woluwe-Saint-Lambert municipalities, and Charleroi, 60 miles south of Brussels.
No weapons or explosives were found in the case of detained persons. Among those detained is Salah Abdeslam, suspected of involvement in terrorist attacks in Paris 13. November
