Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandić and President of the Zagreb Holding Company Ana Stojić Deban visited the new call center of the Zagreb Holding Company yesterday with their associates and on the phone number 072 500 400 all interested citizens can get information about all fees included in a single payday, during this time all day from 7 to 20 hours but also Saturdays from 8 to 13 hours.
The Provisional Call Center began work in August, primarily because of the increased interest of citizens, and most of all to the Čistoća branch, said Holding Managing Director Ana Stojić Deban. As they have heard, the information has become much more accessible to the citizens, and the goal is to establish a modern technology platform for integrated communication with users with a unique call number for all the services provided by the Zagreb Holding Company to citizens.
Satisfied, mayor Bandic said that people need to have information on what they pay and why, and they will get it here, especially considering the fact that the largest number of even up to the 7.000 queries per day relates to a change in the waste collection model.
