The last concert of this year's Cantus Ensemble is bringing new pieces of Croatian composers, which for the first time are presented to the Zagreb audience. His Zagreb premiere will feature a ensemble of Srđan Dedić Self-fulfilling Prophecies ensemble, premiered at this year's Osor Music Evenings. Pianist Mia Elezović will premiere Concerto I. for piano and ensemble Željko Brkanović, and a new work by ensemble is dedicated to Krešimir Seletković.
Representative of the youngest generation of the Zagreb composer's school, a student of the late academician Marko Ružđjak, Tomislav Oliver wrote his second work dedicated to Cantus, where the soloist Vid Veljak will perform as a soloist.
For the end of the concert and the end of the year, we are preparing a premiere of the author's trio made by the composer Ana Horvat and the authored duo Lightune G (Bojan Gagić and Miodrag Gladović), who are behind the first ensemble and solar panels, which carries an interesting story and intriguing title - Miramar / AC.
The ensemble will be dressed by Berislav Šipuš.
The concert will be held on Monday, 12. December at the Music Academy's premises starting at 20 hours.
