Attorneys Milan Bandic, Cedo Prodanovic and Jadranka Slokovic, have canceled his power of attorneys, which is why the Session of the Indictment Council in the Pandemic Session is being resumed at the Zagreb County Court, Jutarnji list reports.

The next session of the Accused Panel is scheduled for 23. February, and the court will put Bandic on a lawyer's office ex officio. The session should decide on the validity of the indictment, in which, apart from Bandic, the Accused Ivica Lovrić and Zdenka Palac.

Recall, two years ago, an indictment was issued for the citizens' initiative on behalf of the family by giving them the stands where they collected the signatures for a referendum, causing the City of Zagreb to be damaged for around 300.000 kuna.

The previous session of the Accused Panel did not take place even because Lovrić said he had not received a court call.

In addition, the first indictment in the affair of the Panduan was dismissed, but USKOK filed a lawsuit that was still in May 2016. the Supreme Court accepted and concluded that by dismissing the indictment, the County Court violated the provisions of the criminal procedure.
