As the police have a mobile office in which citizens can perform, more or less, all the things that, in the case of Zagreb, have to go to Petrinja, so since today, the Zagreb Holding has its own mobile office. In it, the citizens of Zagreb can do everything they need to get to the Center for Users of the Zagreb Holding Company in Vukovar or, to the offices of the respective branch offices.
In the Mobile Customer Center, all services from the Company's portfolio can be contracted, submitted for new services and changes to the parent data, requests for changes to the existing ones, receipts of all kinds of submissions, changes to the master data, obtaining information or making payments without payment of payment.
The vehicle has information systems used by subsidiaries and affiliated companies and is linked to the central database for arranging and tracking the status of the item. The necessary office equipment and equipment are installed to make all the operations in the field as well as in the office.
– Our goal is to deliver public services on time and quality and to minimize prices - emphasized mayor Milan Bandic and added so that in this way all citizens are offered services under equal conditions, with recognizable social sensitivity.
- This allows users to manage all services in one place and in their immediate vicinity without having to go to more than one of our affiliates in different city locations. We will reorganize this business in all our outlets. The idea for the mobile center has come from everyday communication with citizens and our efforts to form the services as true service of citizens, according to the actual needs of the users - said the President of the Management Board Ana Stojić Deban.
During the first three weeks of a month, the vehicle will travel to the city quarters according to a pre-scheduled schedule, every working day from 8 to 20 hours to two locations (from 8 to 14 hours on one and from 14 to 20 on the other). The last week of the month, the car will come to the individual addresses of users who have expressed interest during the month through the Call Center, ie the need to reach the home office.
