Disappointed by the reaction of the refugee crisis service, the President of the Republic, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, convened on Friday at the 11,30 Hours of his Homeland Security Council, and the standpoints from that session will be presented to the National Security Council (VNS), which met on Friday afternoon in the Croatian parliament, Hin confirmed from the Office of the President.

As stated in the Presidency's Office, given that border issues disappeared and warned about its proposal to convene a VNS session, the President of the Republic decided to hold a session of his National Security Council on the eve of the VNS session .
There are more than six thousand refugees in Croatia at this time, and the Office warns that there are no plans for the arrival of such a large number of refugees, as well as plans for their controlled crossing over the border, nor their transportation further to Europe and the President of the Republic convened a session of the Homeland Security Council.
They recall that precisely "the concept of Homeland Security that the President speaks from the beginning of the mandate envisions such situations in which all services must act co-ordinately and together".
"The summoning of the Homeland Security Council as the advisory body of the president aims to give people with great experience suggestions and attitudes with which the president will go before the VNS," Hin said.
The Homeland Security Council has a member of 24, and their arrival at the session has already been confirmed by the President of the Homeland Security Council, retired Major General Damir Krsticevic and members of the General Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markac.
