As the Lord pointed out Ivan Stiblik, organizer of Zadar Wine Festival and commissioner Croatian Sommelier Club for Dalmatia: "This is an area throughout the year, and primarily during the tourist season is a very important market for the placement of wines from small and large producers from all over Croatia. That's why this festival is an excellent opportunity for producers to present their region's wines and varieties."And adds:"It is well-known that modern caterers in their wine cards have to have a large selection of wines of different varieties, and this event will help them in their selection.”
3. Zadar Wine Festival will be held under the patronage and support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia, the City of Zadar, the Zadar County, the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Zadar Tourist Board and the Zadar County Tourist Board.
